These mugs are the result of my learning how to make handles from both Guy Wolff and his wife Erica. Guy and Erica have been making mugs for decades.
I threw these mugs on the wheel, pulled and attached handles and then Guy glazed the pieces using materials that are no longer commercially available before firing them in his propane-fired outdoor kiln. Albany River Slip exterior and Celadon glaze interior. Incised with RS 2024 on the bottom.
